Being part of TECLA has been a great experience both professionally and personally. Not only has it allowed me to connect with the mission of helping many people to change their lives through better job opportunities, but it has also helped me to achieve a balance between my personal and work life, and to have a better management of my daily routine. However, what I definitely value most is the opportunity to work with such talented people, and to have made great friends throughout Latin America!

I joined TECLA right after the beginning of the pandemic and it was a revealing adventure. One thing that impressed me the most is the way they turned the home-office into a potential opportunity. Here at TECLA there is always something challenging happening and, as a graphic designer, it is satisfying to keep learning.

TECLA has given me the chance to grow both professionally and personally and this is something I couldn't thank enough. We work in a way where no role is taken for granted and that has helped us to become a very solid team, and without any hesitation, I can say that I value my team and I feel valued. Life at TECLA is great and I'm proud of the career I've built, thankful for the people I've met and the lessons I've learned over the course of the years.
