Time Off
At Tecla, we believe that time off is important for each of our team members to rest, recharge, and maintain a healthy work-life balance. We offer 3 weeks of paid vacation time per year, as well as time off for local holidays and special family events.
Home Office
As a fully remote company, we encourage each of our team members to set up their home office to ensure they can be as comfortable and productive as possible. We provide monthly equipment and internet stipends to set you up for success.
Health and Wellness
To support and promote our team’s health and wellbeing, we offer a monthly health insurance stipend as well as free weekly virtual yoga sessions.
