Expansion or managed operation
Once the first version proves useful, we scope the next sprint or move into ongoing management.

It's a short, free conversation to understand your goals and workflows, not a full discovery engagement. If it's a fit, we'll follow up with a Statement of Work confirming the exact workflow we'll build. Price and length are fixed at $15,000 for four weeks.
Is there a shorter or cheaper option?
Not currently. The AI Systems Sprint is a single fixed format: four weeks, $15,000. If your opportunity is smaller than that, we'll still use the full sprint to build it well and roadmap what's next, rather than shrinking the price or the timeline.
What happens after the first AI Systems Sprint?
Most engagements move into a two-week expansion sprint, a larger pod if the next opportunity needs more than one AI Systems Lead, or a recurring managed operation if the system needs ongoing monitoring and support. Each of these is scoped and priced on its own once we know what the system needs next.
Who pays for hosting, databases, and API costs?
You do, directly to the provider, and in most cases the accounts stay in your name. If you'd rather not manage vendor accounts and billing yourself, we offer a fully managed option for an additional fee, scoped once we know what the system requires.
Do we need our own engineering or AI team for this?
No. Your AI Systems Lead does the building. Your job is to give us access to the workflow, answer questions during discovery, and show up for weekly reviews.
What if the workflow I have in mind is bigger than one sprint?
We'll scope the first valuable milestone that fits inside the sprint, then roadmap the rest for the next phase. We don't stretch the timeline or the price to cover more than one sprint can responsibly deliver.
