How long until I'm working with the right engineers?

Our process typically takes between 2-4 weeks. Our staff augmentation model is personalized to your exact needs, so we take the time to introduce you to candidates until you sign off on the right person.

Are there any long-term contracts?

Not at all. All of our engagements are month-to-month. We want to make sure that our model is as flexible and scalable as possible for our clients, so we purposefully do not try to lock-in clients into long-term contracts without first proving our worth.

Is there a minimum of hours for engagements?

We do have a minimum of 10 hours per week for engagements. Meaning, you need to have enough work to be able to keep an engineer we assign with enough tasks to be able to complete 10 hours per week.

Do you have both full-time and part-time engineers?

Absolutely. We have engineers who are available from 10 hours per week up to 40 hours per week. Typically, the hourly rate does decrease as your needs go up in terms of hours per week.

What if things don't seem to be working out?

We have a trial period of 2 weeks. If you are not satisfied during the first 14 days of working with your engineers, we won't bill anything for those first 2 weeks, and we will find a suitable replacement immediately.

Where are engineers based out of and where will they work?

The engineers in our network are based all over South America and Mexico. We have candidates in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Mexico, and Uruguay. Candidates work remotely from home.
