Job Description

You will be responsible for the design and development of functionality in a social business solution. You will work on features that extend and enhance the usability, mobility, engagement and extensibility of the platform. Your efforts will delight customers and have a direct impact on their day-to-day work. This position will be in charge of developing and designing new features, as well as maintaining a large JavaScript, CSS, HTML code base. You will be expected to communicate well with our internally with our non-technical staff. This position requires more development than design. If you are chosen, you will be an integral member of the Product Team leading the user experience/user interface development. Responsibilities include designing and implementing features for the community platform, designing and implementing the look and feel of new customer implementations, refinement of existing features and implementations and overall delivering a world-class user experience for the people who visit our sites. Technical Skills: - Vast frontend experience - JavaScript - HTML - CSS Optional skills: - JSP - Responsive Design/Mobile web development. - SASS. - Experience working as part of a small team.
