We are looking for someone who has experience doing in-depth quantitative analysis while building visualizations and models to drive strategy across a business. The Business Intelligence Analyst will join a team passionate about analytics and using data to build easy to use products that our client's customers love. The team embraces rapid iteration with open feedback and strong collaboration between product, content, business, and growth stakeholders. The ideal candidate should thrive with independent decision-making and have natural problem-solving curiosity. Responsibilities: ● Build dashboards, self-service tools, and reports to analyze and present data associated with customer experience, product performance, business operations, and strategic decision making. ● Engage with Product, Business, Engineering, and Growth teams to capture requirements, influence the way we make decisions, and use world-class BI tools to support all stakeholders. ● Successfully bridge analytics and business and have the ability to speak both. ● Provide ad-hoc analysis from diverse data sources and stakeholders as needed. Tools: ● Snowflake Data Warehouse ● Tableau Online ● Google Analytics ● HotJar Data sources: ● Facebook Ads Manager ● Google Analytics ● Hubspot ● Stripe Requirements: ● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. ● 2+ years of experience in a Data Visualization, Data Scientist, or Data Analyst role, preferably for a SaaS business. ● Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau for full-stack data analysis, insight synthesis, and presentation. ● You have a curious business mindset with an ability to condense complex concepts and analysis into clear and concise takeaways. ● You have good communication, social and presentation skills with meticulous attention to detail. ● Strong time management skills with the ability to handle work to tight deadlines Other things that would be nice to have: ● Experience with Facebook ads ● Knowledge of CRMs, particularly HubSpot ● Deep understanding of customer business goals ● Experience working in a fast-paced environment ● Experience working remotely with a fully remote team
